Sara Ritchie, GG, RMV, has 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry as a Gemologist and Registered Master Valuer. Ms. Ritchie serves as an appraiser and adviser on purchases, trades, sales or identification of stones and finished jewelry. Ms. Ritchie provides independent, thorough, accurate, and honest appraisals tailored to the needs of the client, and all work is conducted in a manner compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Evaluations are conducted onsite in your presence, never taking possession of the items.

Ms. Ritchie honed her skills as an apprentice appraiser in Garden City, NY, training with a Senior Master Appraiser and working on a wide variety of gems and jewelry - from fashion to high-end designer pieces. She utilizes the latest in equipment, technology and research tools for accuracy and completeness.
